DIVERSITY DAY 2024
DISPLAY TABLE APPLICATION

Only organizations and individuals who meet our criteria for participation are invited to apply to set up a table on the Morristown Green or to provide entertainment for the event.  Requests for participation must be submitted by May 31. Space is limited. Organizations/individuals will be informed of acceptance via mail.

• No spots will be guaranteed without confirmation of approval.

• Tables will be set up only in designated areas assigned to each specific organization, with no tables positioned on the lawn.

• No organization shall represent any political organization or engage in activities to solicit political information.

• Each organization agrees to distribute only items they lawfully possess.

• Organizations must supply their own table and chairs.

• Organizations agree to be of service from 12pm-5pm. Setup begins at 8am and clean-up ends at 6pm.

• Each organization agrees to provide some informational and interactive materials suitable for children.

• All items offered to the public must be given free of charge.

• No food or drink other than water can be consumed or distributed on the Green.

• All participants of Diversity Day will be respectful to other participants, and be courteous and welcoming to all visitors to the event.
